Dema-Construct responds to the growing demand for automation in agriculture with the development of an innovative sorting machine for loading and unloading potatoes. This machine automatically removes clods, stones, and other unwanted elements from the product.

Together with Vintecc, a sophisticated vision system is employed, controlling the sorting process via pneumatic technology. A self-learning AI dynamically adapts to varying environmental factors — such as soil type and weather conditions — to ensure consistently high sorting quality.

"Marc actively contributes to refining your innovation — both strategically and substantively."

The sorting machine is designed for reliability and broad applicability on the farm. Farmers can rely on consistent operation, regardless of variations in the incoming product or external conditions. The ultimate goal is to make potato storage more efficient, reduce dependence on manual labor, and ensure lasting product quality.

By extensively testing the machine's performance in various real-world situations, the system is fine-tuned and tailored to field conditions. Farmers are also provided with a methodology to evaluate the machine’s performance in their own environment.

This intensive collaboration between Dema-Construct, Vintecc, and iOmega resulted in a compelling innovation proposal.
